SMOKEY BLACK BEAN BOWL (2-3 servings)
1 tin black beans
1 white onion
2-3 garlic cloves
habanero or chilli (to taste)
1tsp. coriander seeds
1 tbsp. cumin seeds
½ tsp. smoked paprika
3/4 cup stock of choice
lime juice
handful fresh coriander
olive oil
Added extras:
kimchi
plantain
avocado
fried egg
spring onion + radish/ alfalfa sprouts

NEW POTATO GREMOLATA SALAD BOWL (3-4 servings)
500g new potatoes
1 juicy lemon (zest & juice)
90g flat leaf parsley
1 garlic clove
90ml olive oil
sea salt
black pepper
30g roasted walnuts
2 spring onions

CURRY TAHINI YOGURT & CHICKPEA BOWL (3/4 servings)
curry yogurt tahini:
1/3 cup yogurt
1/3 light tahini
1 tbsp. cumin seeds/ powder
1 tsp. garam masala
1.5 tsp. curry powder
½ cup water
Sea salt
Black pepper
1 lime (juice)
Crispy curry chickpeas:
2 cups cooked chickpeas
