1/4 cup of of butter or margarine
1 cup of rice flour
1 cup of whole wheat
3 tbsp of grape molasses
1 tbsp of home made yoghurt
1/4 cup of semolina
1/2 cup of milk
some butter to grease the baking tray
bake to 170°c for 20 to 25 minutes
