Torachi Uddamethi is an authentic Goan raw mango curry made with green mangoes, fresh coconut and a special tempering of urad dal and methi (fenugreek) seeds. This curry has a beautiful combo of tangy raw mango, sweetness from jaggery, a gentle heat from red chillies and a slight bitterness from methi that makes it totally addictive.It is a simple, homestyle vegetarian recipe usually prepared in summer and tastes amazing with hot steamed rice, chapati or Goan pav.
