Crispy & Flavorful Chakli | Perfect Diwali Snack Recipe |How to Make Authentic Goan Chakri

Goan Chakli also called Chakri or Chakryo is a traditional, spiral-shaped, deep-fried Indian snack, but the Goan version has some unique characteristics that set it apart from other regional variations.Like other regional varieties, Goan Chakli is a popular snack, often prepared for festivals such as Diwali as part of the traditional festive food known as faral.The effort put into the dough and the precision in frying transforms simple flour into a golden spiral of pure, shattering crispness.It is the flavor of festivals, the sound of home, and the ultimate crispy companion to a hot cup of tea.

Ingredients :-
2 cups Rice flour
1 cup All purpose flour(maida)
1 tspn turmeric powder
1 tspn chilli powder
1/4 cup roasted white seaseme seeds
4 tbspn ghee
1 tbspn cumins seeds
2 tbspn sugar
1 tspn carom seeds(ajwain)
8-10 green chillies(qauntity can be adjusted as per your spice preference)
10gms compounded asafoetida
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
