This workout is short but intense. I combined two muscle groups in this routine; abs and booty. We will have 3 parts in this workout. We will start with the best booty exercise, which is KettleBell swing, then we will enter into 10 min routine for our abs, which will be HIIT style and at the end we will repeat our swings. The workout is intense and it should be like this. The more intense the better. Make sure you will check the proper form for the swings at the beginning of the video. Remember proper form in the most important when it comes to any kind of training. Specially with functional fitness and HIIT, where injuries can happen very fast.
