Today's workout is 15 min Bikini Body workout with minimum equipment, suitable for beginners, without jumping and for all fitness levels. If you are advanced athlete, then use heavier weights, do more rounds and challenge yourself.
This workout is suitable for everyone, even for beginners. We have great exercises for strength, coordination and balance.
