How to make KIMCHI using Gochujang red pepper paste || Aabbyy Perez
This is how i make my kimchi! i hope you can try my recipe! Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
Chinese Cabbage or Napa Cabbage ( i used 2.8kg)
1 cup Salt (sea or kosher salt)
4 spoon Gochujang (i used mild hot and very hot but you can use either one)
1 medium Yellow onion
1 head of garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1/4 cup salted prawn
1/4 cup fish sauce
2 tsp sugar (I forgot to add in the video)
Radish
Carrots
Spring onion
( if you have Buchu much better but if you don't have spring onion will do or garlic chives if you have. I used garlic chives and spring onion in my kimchi before since Buchu is little bit expensive here in dubai.)
