Sushi Hisayoshi was founded by chef Hisayoshi Iwa, who is known for his Michelin-starred Ginza Iwa in Tokyo. The restaurant is currently managed by his apprentice, chef Tsukasa Kaneko. This is my first dinner sushi omakase in Hong Kong, so I'm curious to see how the sushi compares here. Keep watching to see everything I enjoyed in their Sumeragi Omakase!
