This video will show you how to make the following Beef Crock pot freezer Meals:
Korean Beef
Beef and Mushroom
Innie Stew
Korean Beef
1 to 2 lbs cubed beef (I used bottom round roast)
1/4 corn starch
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 to 1 tsp minced garlic
2 T sesame oil
1/2 cup soy sauce ( I used low sodium)
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 to 3/4 cup brown sugar ( I used 1/2 cup)
Black Pepper to taste (optional)
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Cook on 6 hrs
Serve w/white rice, add steamed broccoli and garnish w/sliced green onions
Beef and Mushrooms
1 to 2 lbs cubed beef
1 envelope beef (brown) gravy
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
8 oz sliced (or quartered) mushrooms
Cook on low 6 to 8hrs serve over noodles
Innie Stew:
1 to 2 lbs of cubed beef
1 small onion (diced)
3/4 cup (diced)
8 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 pkg goya beef bouillon
1/2 pkg goya chicken bouillon
1 pkg goya sazon
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp oregano
Black pepper to taste (optional)
2 cups water
Cook low 6 to 8hrs, add cooked or canned potatoes, Thicken with cornstarch slurry if necessary
serve with Italian bread
