Ube pandesal (pan de sal) with cheese filling is a delicious Filipino snack based on the classic pandesal. This version has the addition of ube flavoring in the dough and also filled with cheese and ube halaya.
Ingredients:
*Dough
•1 kl bread flour
•1 tbsp salt
•1 tbsp yeast
•1 cup sugar
•1 tbsp ube powder
•300 ml water
•1 egg
•1 tbsp ube flavor
•1 tsp vanilla essence
•1/4 cup cooking oil
•3/4 cup evaporated milk
•80 grams butter
*Fillings
•Sliced cheese
•Ube halaya
Roll with bread crumbs
