3 - floor rises
4 - pointe stretch
5 - hamstring 2 legs + push toes down
6 - retire rondés out + inwards
7 - froggy + lifts ( new )
8 - Devon hamstring stretch
9 - back stretch
10 - swishes
11 - Leg on bar + leg mounts
12 - plies and some tendus
13 - head rolls
14 -balances
