Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls:

Peanut Butter Blossoms:
1 3/4 cup plain flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
115g butter (1 stick at room temp)
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar and more for rolling
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
5 dozen kisses (chocolate buttons or similar)
Cream butter and sugars & PB. Add egg, milk and vanilla. Sift in flour, bs and salt. Mix. Bake at 375 F or 180 C for about 8-10 mins.
Sourdough Discard Crackers
Use whatever discard you have left from feeding starter and add a thumb sized piece of butter and a spoonful of strong white bread flour. Mix, spread thinly on parchment paper and bake at 140 C until not doughy in the middle and are nice and crispy.
