This series is focused on opening our hip flexors.This 10 Mins simple yoga flow will open up our hips and stretch out glutes.
This set starts with some hip opener stretches, where we can set our intentions and let our bodies begin to relax. We will do some three legged dogs, downward facing dogs, chataranga- into cobra and some deep lunge stretches, ending with camel pose. Please ask any questions in the comments for modifications.
