About the video:
Most people by now know the basics of getting ripped: create a calorie deficit, get more protein, eat healthily, do resistance training, stay active, and sleep well to recover. However, very few actually are able to get their physique to 10 - 15% body fat. At some point, it’s no longer about the general high-level information. It becomes a question of consistency and how to implement these principles in a way that works best for you as an individual. On top of that, it’s about avoiding the common mistakes which hold most people back from ever getting that lean and ripped physique.

In this video, I cover the harsh truth and 3 reasons why most people never get a ripped physique. If you apply this to your plan I’m confident you’ll be much more efficient at losing body fat and you’ll ultimately get to your goal lean body.
