Stonegate is a well-established neighborhood in Parker, conveniently located between Parker and I-25, perfect for any commuter who still wants to live in a neighborhood. Where is Stonegate?
Stonegate is located 4 miles from Downtown Parker. A perk of living in Stonegate is the minimal commute times due to the neighborhood’s close proximity to I-25 and E-470. Commute to the Denver Tech Center is just 15 minutes – Downtown Denver about 25.
There are three major hospitals in proximity to Stonegate. The closest hospitals are Parker Adventist Hospital, about 10 minutes away in Parker and Sky Ridge Medical Center, also located about 10 minutes way in Lone Tree. Castle Rock Adventist Hospital is also located approximately 20 minutes away in the Meadows in Castle Rock. All three hospitals are relatively new and considered among the best in the Denver Metro area.
