Over 2000 Condos Sitting Empty

A headline in the Vancouver Sun states that over 2,000 condos are currently sitting empty in Metro Vancouver, and that number is expected to rise. In this video, I give you the reason why, and also talk about the new Airbnb crackdown, the current state of pre-sale condos and how many buyers are in trouble with their financing as the value of the condo they bought at pre-sale 2 or 3 years ago has gone down.
