Wheat Flour Spring Roll Ingredients:
To make dough:
• 2 cups wheat flour
• 1 tsp Carom seeds
• Salt to taste
• Water as required

For filling:
• 1 cup cabbage finely chopped
• ½ cup green capsicum finely chopped
• ¼ cup red capsicum finely chopped
• ¼ cup yellow capsicum finely chopped
• ½ cup onion finely chopped
• ½ cup beans finely chopped
• 2 green chilies finely chopped
• ½ cup grated carrot
• 2 tbsp spring onion
• 2 tbsp coriander leaves
• 1 tsp ginger finely chopped
• 1 tsp garlic finely chopped
• ½ tbsp soya sauce
• 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
• 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
• 1 tsp black pepper
• Salt as per taste
• Oil to fry
• 1 tsp vinegar

For slurry:
• 2-3 tbsp all-purpose flour
• Salt as per taste
• Water as required

Leftover Roti Spring Roll Ingredients:
• 7-8 leftover rotis

For the First Filling:
• 1 cup thinly sliced cabbage
• ¼ cup thinly sliced green capsicum
• • ¼ cup thinly sliced red capsicum
• ¼ cup thinly sliced yellow capsicum
• ¼ cup thinly sliced carrots
• ½ cup finely chopped beans
• ½ cup thinly sliced onions
• ¼ cup finely chopped spring onions
• ¼ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
• 2 green chilies, finely chopped
• 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
• 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
• 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
• 1 tbsp red chili sauce
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tsp vinegar
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp oil
• Butter for frying

for 2nd filling:
• 2 cups chopped spinach
• 1 cup small cubes of paneer
• 1 teaspoon chili flakes
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• ½ cup grated cheese
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp oil
• Butter for frying

Bread Spring Roll Ingredients:
• 8- 10 Normal Bread
• ½ cup Paneer
• 1 cup cabbage chopped
• ½ cup green capsicum thinly slice
• ½ cup yellow capsicum thinly slice
• ½ cup red capsicum thinly slice
• ½ cup Onion thinly slice
• ½ cup Carrot thinly slice
• ½ cup beans finely chopped
• 2 green chilies finely chopped
• 1 tbsp spring onion finely chopped
• 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
• 1 tbsp soya sauce
• 1 tbsp red chili sauce
• 1 tbsp green Chilli sauce
• ½ tsp Black pepper powder
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 1 cup Bread crumbs
• Salt as per taste
• Oil to fry

To make slurry:
• ¼ cup corn flour
• ¼ cup all-purpose flour
• Salt to taste
• Water as required

To make tomato chutney:
• 4 tomato
• 3 pc dried red chilies
• 7-8 garlic cloves
• ½ cup onion finely chopped

Wheat Flour Spring Roll Dosa Ingredients:
For the wheat flour dosa batter:
• 2+½ cups wheat flour
• ½ cup semolina
• 1 tsp Eno (fruit salt)
• Salt to taste
• ¾ cup or 150gm yogurt
• 2 tsp oil
• Approximately 400ml water

For the stuffing:
• ½ cup shredded cabbage
• ½ cup sliced onion
• 2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion
• ¼ cup julienne-cut carrot
• ¼ cup julienne-cut green capsicum
• ¼ cup julienne-cut yellow capsicum
• ¼ cup julienne-cut red capsicum
• 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
• 2 green chilies, finely chopped
• 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
• 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce
• 1 tbsp red chili sauce
• ½ tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 1 tbsp oil
• Butter, as required
• Cheese, as required
