In today’s video, I’m sharing a simple and delicious recipe for low-carb protein bars especially those managing autoimmune issues. These bars are packed with high-quality protein and healthy fats, using just three ingredients: beef tallow, grass-fed collagen, and raw honey.

Ingredients:
150g Beef Tallow
125g Grass-Fed Collagen or Beef isolate
50g Raw Honey
*adjust to your liking
Macronutrients
Total grams for recipe:
330 grams
Per 35 grams:
Protein: 11.5g
Fat: 16g
Carb: 5g
