**WARNING
This is a very hard walk only for experienced bushwalkers as the track that follows Nattai river is totally non existent.
The day started for us with temperatures sitting near zero and with frozen fingertips taking a few minutes to warm up.
We did rely a lot on the AllTrails app to keep us on track, especially in Nattie Gorge, as you will be required to do a lot of off track walking and fair bit of climbing and clambering over fallen trees and debri scattered along the banks of Nattai river due to previous storm damage.
*Note
For those interested, this can be broken up with out and back walks to 40 Foot Falls and Box Vale Tunnel, leaving out the Loop along Nattai River.
As always, do your research before heading out on any of these walks, take sufficient supplies including a first aid kit and wear suitable footwear.
