Personalbest returns to Sunderland City Runs for the 3rd time for this brilliant race
The event gets more popular year after year and you can see why.
A brilliant course, fantastic support and on days in the sun like this it'll make you smile and sweat
With so many runners I recognized in the runners village it was so much fun chatting and hanging out with so many of you before the race.
I don't know how I'm spotted so easily?... :-)
