3 Ways to Sit in Meditation

In this video we cover three different sitting meditation postures: 1) on a zafu, 2) on a bench, and 3) on a chair. When we meditate it is first of all important that we sit somewhat comfortably. It is most helpful to assume a posture that you can maintain for the duration of the meditation that you are planning to do, whether that is five minutes or an hour. Depending on your body and its constraints you might want to experiment with different ways of sitting.
