This is such a quick and easy recipe!
-1C oats
-2 scoop protein
-2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
-3 tbsp egg white
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-2 tbsp melted nut butter
Mix together well, then crumble and layer over a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 325F for 15-20 mins moving it around hafway so it crisps on both sides. Take it out once it starts to golden and let it cool.
You can eat it like cereal or add it as a topping on yogurt. Feel free to add other things to it such as coconut, raisins, nuts, or chocolate chips.
