Ingredients:
500 gm Small-Sized Potatoes (boiled)
2-3 tsp oil
2 Dry Red Chili
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
1/2 dry Mango powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Step 1 - First of all, keep a pan on medium flame, add 2-3 table spoon of oil and let it get hot, then add 2 dried red chilies along with cumin seeds, fennel seeds and white sesame seeds and then add small size boiled potatoes.
Step 2 - Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder to the potatoes, mix well and cook for 2 minutes, then add salt as required, amchur powder and chili flakes and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 3 - Now add chopped coriander and serve with hot roties or puries and enjoy.
स्टेप 1 - सबसे पहले एक पैन को मध्यम आंच पर रखें, उसमें 2-3 टेबल स्पून तेल डालें और गर्म होने दें, फिर उसमें 2 सूखी लाल मिर्च, जीरा, सौंफ और सफेद तिल डालें, फिर छोटे आकार का उबला हुआ आलू डालें |
स्टेप 2 - अब आलू में हल्दी पाउडर, लाल मिर्च पाउडर डालें, अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ और 2 मिनट तक पकाएँ, फिर आवश्यकतानुसार नमक, अमचूर पाउडर और चिली फ्लेक्स डालें और 2 मिनट तक पकाएँ।
स्टेप 3 - अब इसमें कटा हरा धनिया डालें और गरमा गरम रोटी या पूरी के साथ परोसें और आनंद लें |
