Woke up late—but the work still had to get done. In today’s vlog, I take you through a full Morning in my life as a runner training for a fall marathon. From linking up with my videographer and grabbing an Indego Bike, to crushing an 8x800m workout at 10K pace on the track, this one’s got it all.
