[Instructor] Toe curls.
Begin in a seated position with your feet flat on the floor.
Next, curl all your toes and hold for 10 seconds, and breathe.
One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten.
Then, extend your toes for ten seconds.
One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten.
Slowly return to start position.
Do three sets of 10 repetitions twice day for five days a week.
