2 Tbsp Mustard Oil
1 Tomato (finely chopped)
1 Onion (finely chopped)
1 Green Chili (finely chopped)
30g Plain Oats
1 Cheese Cube (smashed/grated)
2 Boiled Eggs (cut into pieces)
Green Coriander (for garnish)
Spices: 1/2 tsp Turmeric, 1/2 tsp Jeera (Cumin), 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder, 1/2 tsp Salt (or to taste)
👉 Step-by-Step Method:
Heat 2 Tbsp oil. Add Jeera and chopped Green Chili.
Add chopped Onion. Cook until lightly browned.
Stir in chopped Tomato and Salt. Cook until tomatoes soften.
Add Turmeric and Red Chili Powder and cook for few seconds.
Mix in 30g Plain Oats and add water. Cook until oats are done.
Stir in the Smashed Cheese Cube.
