I was fortunate to be one of just 250 runners to take on the legendary Silverstone International Race Track during this year’s Silverstone Festival fun run. In this video, I’ll give you an inside look at what it’s like to run at one of the world’s most famous motorsport venues.
Each year at the Silverstone Festival, you can join the exclusive 5K Fun Run around the entire Silverstone circuit while supporting a great cause. The Festival is on from Friday to Sunday with this charity run happening every Friday evening of the festival, offering participants a unique opportunity to experience the track firsthand while soaking in the iconic sights and stunning scenery.
With just a £10 donation, you get to run without the pressure—no timing chips, race numbers, or medals—just pure fun for motorsport fans and running enthusiasts alike. It’s all about enjoying the track, connecting with fellow runners, and giving back.
Join me as I take you on a journey through our 5K (technically 3.5 miles) run around the track, explore the festival atmosphere, and enjoy some live music from Busted! It’s a fantastic weekend combining motorsport, running, food, drinks, and entertainment.
