We are incredibly pleased to announce a very special guest for this evening’s episode of M&A Mondays- the UK’s first YouTube series dedicated to all things M&A.
Premiering at 5pm this evening on our YouTube channel, we will be releasing an interview with Dorian Lowell.
Dorian is a Partner and the Head of Financial Restructuring & Debt Advisory at Gleacher Shacklock. Here, he has worked on an extensive range of mandates that include some of the most notable deals in the industry, such as advising on Thames Water’s $12bn "debt mountain" last year.
He was previously a Partner and Managing Director at One East Partners, a US-based Hedge Fund, where he specialised in Private & Illiquid Investments, working in both the New York and London offices.
Prior to One East Partners, Dorian was a Director in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey.
He initially specialised in law, gaining an MA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and a LLM in Corporate Law from Harvard Law School, as well as working as an Attorney for Cleary Gottlieb from 1989 to 1996. After a brief stint as President at Genius Products, Dorian pivoted into financial restructuring.
