INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lb split wings
Olive oil
1 1/2 tsps Chicken seasoning
Black pepper
1 tbsp Wet jerk seasoning
1/2 tsp Browning
2 tbsps ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsps honey
4 tbsps pineapple juice
2 tbsps rum (I used Appleton)
1/2 tsp Vinegar/lime juice(optional)
2 tsps or more wet Jerk seasoning
Brown sugar as needed
Avocado oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp finely grated ginger
1 tbsp butter
