Introduction
At the core of who you are, there is a natural goodness — already complete, already here. You don’t need to create it; you just need to notice it.
In this practice, we’re going to discover with these three ever-present qualities:
• Awareness — the simple ability to notice this moment.
• Compassion — the natural wish for well-being and ease.
• Wisdom — the clarity that sees things as they are.
These qualities appear in the smallest moments: every blink that protects your eyes, every sip of water that nourishes you, every gentle question that arises within. Even your breath reflects them — each inhale bringing life, each exhale letting go.
Even when you feel confused or unsettled, this goodness never leaves you. It’s always here, waiting to be recognised.
So now, let’s use the breath as a simple doorway to reconnect with these qualities within you.
