Breathe with Jannice

This is a space created for us to practice stopping & resting, to come back to ourselves, to just sit & breathe in mindfulness, allow our body & mind to take a break from all the doings and running.

In our daily lives, though our body is in one place, our mind is always in another. Paying attention to our every breath brings our mind back to our body, and suddenly we are fully present in the here & now. When we are mindful, we’re deeply in touch with the present moment, not distracted by thoughts of the past & future, we’ll realise that joy, peace & fulfilment has always been within us, not an emotion that must be achieved or acquired through material or gratifying means.

Even when life throws challenges our way, we’re able to establish ourselves thru gentle and mindful breaths, to allow our open hearts to meet and embrace all life has to offer with a welcoming and friendly attitude. with this, we will be able to awaken our unconditional peace, joy and happiness within us.
