Introduction
This meditation invites you to let go of being a human Doing and become a human BEING. We allow ourselves to take a break from all doings, planning, thinking, worrying etc to simply BE, not being any body, but just Be; our true self.
There’s nothing for you to do, to get or to become; let the mind truly rest; without any effort to deliberately focus on breaths, body sensations, sounds or anything; instead, simply allow whatever arising in your field of awareness to arise, stay for a while and disappear without trying to focus on them; let them come when they come, and let them go when they go. Letting the mind be free, and rest as awareness..
