This is a guided meditation for compassion. During these tumultuous, highly polarized and stressful times, it can be difficult to tap into compassion.
When our emotions run high, it can be easy to forget that others are feeling just as many emotions.
These are challenging times for all of us.
So I invite you to practice compassion for yourself today, and then to extend that compassion out to others..
