"Well….. have I got something pretty spectacular to share with you all.” It’s what you will see at the end of this short film that will make you want to pack up your tent - caravan - camper trailer or swag & head off to find this hidden oasis right now! The crazy thing is, it was a piece of local knowledge that helped us to find this hidden oasis - without that we would have driven straight past it! So Kerri & I made the decision that we need to share it so you get the opportunity to experience it as well.
By the way, you probably want to know where this is. It just so happens that our best friends (my sister - her hubby & their kids) are currently living in Dingo, an hour & a half drive west of Rockhampton. It was on our visit that they took us up to the Blackdown Tablelands to show us this little piece of green paradise, that just happens to sit - smack bang - in the middle of some of the driest, arid & desolate country I have ever seen.
Enjoy the clip - it’s a site to be seen & we could have spent hours just sitting there soaking up what nature has to offer.
