How Long Does Cellular Failover Take On A TP-Link 4G Router?

I thought it would be interesting to measure how long it took my TP-Link 4G/LTE router (TL-MR100) to failover to cellular connectivity after simulating an ISP outage by pulling the DSL line out of my ISP's router.
The answer was:
About 45 seconds for failover to happen onto backup connectivity
A little over a minute for the connection to revert back to ISP connectivity after I re-inserted the cabling.
This wasn't a precise test but should reflect an approximation for how much time this should take on a similar networking setup.
