Welcome to Day 1 of The Daily Practice Challenge!
Today’s practice is a yoga class focused on strength.
Strength is the foundation of a safe asana practice.
Without strength, flexibility can become dangerous and put us at risk for injury. Without strength, balance is nearly impossible.
This is why we’re working on strength first - creating a solid foundation on which to build.

Today’s class is just 24 minutes long, so that you can fit it into what I imagine is a busy day. Time does not need to hold you back from getting on your mat every day!
You’ll want at least one yoga block for this practice (two if you’ve got ‘em!), so go ahead and grab your block, unroll your mat, and let’s get to it!
