This is our usual ride when we need a bit of exercise.
The bike I'm riding is an AZUB Max two wheel recumbent bike.

Recumbent bikes are great fun and really comfortable to ride. They also tend to be a lot faster than a conventional bike due the the aerodynamic riding position.
As you can see, Max really loves this ride. I always hope that it might tire him out for a while, but it never really seems to. He has lots of energy!
