Years ago, before I fully committed to the mobility work, this probably would’ve torn something in my knee or hip.
Not only did I walk away from it, I managed to keep my defensive position and deny the disc.

👉 It helps us be safer and stronger in awkward (and inevitable) positions
👉 It gives us more options for movement/skills - and this is HUGE.
Remember, mobility isn’t just about easy movement and stretching (though that’s good too).
It involves spending time and energy at our end-ranges, at our weak points, where we need to it most.
It doesn’t seem so fun or important…until you feel the difference 😉
