In this travel vlog from Bolviai we're going all in on exploring, eating local food, trying local drinks and seeing what the stunning city of Sucre has to offer.

The food we're looking forward to the most is the Bolivian salteña - it's like a baked empanada with a sweet and buttery crust and a juicy chicken filling. Sweet and savoury in one? That sounds amazing to us.

Sucre is officially the administrative capital of Bolivia and apparently one of the safest cities in South America. It's popular with tourists because of it’s amazing architecture and being nicknamed “The White City” thanks to its stunning white buildings. It's elevation is only 2,810 metres which is a nicer break haha, that also means cooler temperatures year-round.

These South America travels were filmed in October 2023, an amazing time of year to visit. We spent a month exploring Peru, Bolivia, Argentina and Chile and these travel vlogs are to share our experience of the first time touching the continent... safe to say we loved it!
