After leaving the continuous casting machine, billets enter the reheating furnace in order to be prepared for the rolling process. This stage is called Hot Rolling. In which the billets are rolled to reshape into the needed dimensions and shapes.

Bachelor (2005), and Master degree of Mechanical Design and Production Engineering, Faculty of Engineering. Cairo University.
PHD student, in subject of “optimum roll pass design”.
His Career:
Rolling Mill Plant Manager and Research & Development Department manager at El Marakby steel co.
Lecturer assistant at Faculty of engineering - Cairo University, Egypt.
