I know, a very bold statement to make ... especially for my first time making it, but it is sooo good and worth the time and now you can enjoy it from home anytime you want!
RECIPE:
2 1\4 tsp instant yeast
1 1\2 cups warm water
1 tbsp sugar
2 cups bread flour
1 3\4 cups whole wheat flour
1 tbsp cocoa/cacao powder
2 tsp instant coffee
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp softened butter
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp molasses
OPTIONAL: (but not the same without)
1\4 cup of cornmeal for the base of the dough once shaped before baking
1\4 cup of oats for topping
