Scripture of the Day:
“The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.” — Psalm 28:7
We step into today’s workout trusting God for both strength and endurance. This Workout Worship Tuesday combines lower-body power moves with total-body activation, followed by cardio and a restorative stretch. Every lunge, lift, and pause is a declaration of faith and discipline.
Format (50 Minutes):
🔥 5-min Warm-Up
🏋🏽♀️ 20-min Strength Training (45s work / 15s rest × 4 sets)
🚶🏾 20-min Cardio (walk, run, bike, row, treadmill, step-ups, etc.)
🧘🏾♀️ 5-min Cool Down Stretch
Today’s Strength Moves:
Alternating Forward Lunges
Side Lunges
Squat with Pause
Kickstand Deadlift
Weighted Calf Raises
