Scripture of the Day:
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” — Joshua 1:9
We start this week by declaring God’s Word over our bodies and our goals. Today’s Workout Worship Monday is a Full Body Strength and Cardio session that challenges your endurance, tones every muscle, and reminds you that your strength begins with Him.
Format (50 Minutes):
🔥 5-min Warm-Up
🏋🏽♀️ 20-min Strength Training (45 s work / 15 s rest × 4 sets)
🚶🏾 20-min Cardio (your choice — walk, run, bike, row, treadmill, step-ups, etc.)
🧘🏾♀️ 5-min Cool Down Stretch
Today’s Strength Moves:
1️⃣ Squat with Bicep Curls
2️⃣ Sumo Squat to Upright Row
3️⃣ Pop Squats
4️⃣ RDL to Shoulder Press
5️⃣ Squat Hold
