Technique of the Week- Mobility Monday: The Bretzel
Many people workout and do strength and cardio training. However, I’ve noticed that many people either forgo mobility and flexibility or do very little of it. These components are essential, especially as we age. In the following weeks, we’ll be posting a mobility or flexibility movement every Monday. Enjoy!
The Bretzel is a fantastic way to increase thoracic and hip mobility. Follow the instructions in the video and hold the position for 30 seconds each side.
