Daniel Siegel created the wheel of awareness practice as a guided meditation that includes focus (zoom in), open awareness (zoom out), and kind intention - all of which are essential aspects of mindfulness.
In this practice, we begin with a short breath technique to heighten focus and then move through the four quadrants that represent various objects of awareness.
