Hi Everyone! I am Scarlett, a Korean girl who grew up in America and now is living in Sunny Singapore! On my channel, I share about how I practice healthy, easy, yet tasty food making and sustainable eating habit tips.
Join me for a day where I make Khloe Kardashian's infamous, notorious "military diet" meals less torturous and sustainable!
I don't like counting calories as I think it can create obsessions and unhealthy eating habits, but if anyone is curious, I'm listing the ingredients and kcal below (excl. spices):
1. Breakfast - Peanut butter yogurt parfait
~250 kcal (half cup Greek yogurt, 5 grapes, 1 strawberry, 2 Tbsp peanut butter)
2. Lunch - Tuna tofu salad wrap
~300 kcal (1/4 cup canned tuna without oil, 2 Tbsp silken tofu, 1 wrap)
3. Snack - blueberry tofu probiotics smoothie
~190 kcal (1/4 cup blueberry, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 date, 2 Tbsp silken tofu)
4. Dinner - Garlic butter salmon with peach salsa
~530 kcal (4 oz salmon, 1 Tbsp butter, 1 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp honey, 1 cup green beans, 1/4 white peach, 1/8 orange, 2 cherry tomatoes)
Total ~1,270 kcal
Please keep in mind these meals are for cutting, so please be mindful of your nutrient intake and don't follow it for an extended period of time. Stay healthy & beautiful!
