Both of these tools are very good. There's definitely pros and cons to each tool. I've had the Snap-on ratchet for over a year now. I traded with my coworker over the last couple weeks to get a feel for how the Milwaukee ratchet works. Really it comes down to price, warranty and the selection of tools that are compatible with the batteries.
