In this video you’ll find a complete ascent of the Mittellegi Integrale, one of the most iconic and exposed ridges in the Swiss Alps and the most aesthetic way to climb the Eiger (3970 m).

We climbed the entire lower and middle ridge starting from Grindelwald, including the exposed crest sections, the rappels before the crux, and the three V grade pitches, before reaching the Mittellegi Hut for the night. The next day we continued to the summit with perfect, windless conditions.
