Injectadeck is a process to shoot a new core in a fiberglass laminate using an engineered poly closed cell structural marine foam, it's hydrophillic cures in 30 min and becomes hydrophobic, hardening and adhering in wet, pulpy, dirt, midew and bugs, enveloping it, reacting, heating up, and adhering to the inside fiberglass. If it has no water to gobble up in your project, take a plant mister to the drill holes and wet it up in there a little bit. This will help with moisture meter issues. We know two surveyors who love it; "it tap tests well, too." Works great behind a boat's low, fiberglass curves (radii) where water sits. When we did the first injectadeck junkyard boat, we were using gorilla glue, epoxies and blowing up fiberglass laminates with "crack foam"!! This works great on Sea Ray Bow Decks, Silverton Gunwales, flying bridges, Cored Hulls, House Boats, RVs, and Bedding Fuel Tanks. We beat that MAKO 20 boat up sank it 4 times, in 10 years. The last sinking was no fun. We had an overnight 10 miles off Ft Pierce, capsized, clinging on to think about something the "Puddle Pirates" said: (no they didn't save us, the morning fishermen did, and they called the coasties, so they could steal the boat and remove the 2019 Suzuki off it, to say thanks)
