We’re using controlled reps, split squats, front-loaded positions, and high-volume sets to get that deep burn. This one hits hard with simple gear—just dumbbells and a step or bench.

WORKOUT DETAILS
▪ Equipment: Dumbbells (I'm using 35–80 lb), step or bench optional
▪ Warm-Up: 30s work x4, no rest
▪ Intervals: 30s work, 30s rest
